Daily Duties at Georgia Pines Community Mental Health:

Managed and supervised $16 million budget for 6 counties. Managed and directed support services for human resources, payroll, MIS, and secretarial staff for 7 department heads and 47 employees. Responsible for all facets of the internal audit function, with primary responsibility for Sarbanes Oxley support and financial, operational and grants compliance audits. Prepared annual financial reports, general ledger entries, adjusting and closing. Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Responsible for day-to-day operations of account payables and receivable in 6 counties agency. Monitored services and maintenance, transportation contracts compliance. Prepared and monitored grants, purchasing and contracts activities to assure efficient use of available funds. Completed financial and cost analyzing of grants. Process Improvements and Implementation for reconciliations.
