o Supervised ambulatory/complex case management, prior authorization and concurrent review; o Utilization review committee meetings, annual employee performance evaluations and performance improvement, health plan audits, corrective action plans, point person for contracted providers; o Staff education, monitor staff key performance indicators, writing policy & procedures and UM work plans.
