Daily Duties at University Of Maryland Extension, Sea Grant Program:
• Conducting traditional and molecular analysis for Vibrio and food-borne pathogens in shellfish and water. • Coordinate sample scheduling and assure that the procedures are followed according to the protocol. • Documents project findings and prepare various reports, protocols and publications. • Placing orders and Keep laboratory supplies ready by inventorying stock. • Performs field sampling of shellfish and growing/processing environment if needed
