 Responsible for overseeing 100+ employees, over 4 million sq. ft. and a revenue of $4.6 million annually  Provide leadership and direction to meet and exceed customer expectation and internal compliance  Communicate information clearly in order to set correct expectations and understanding with the customer  Proactively assess customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and determine root cause of customer complaints  Developed training plans and programs designed to introduce new products, processes and next-level solutions across the portfolio, resulting in an average of 6 fewer complaints per month
