Responsible for overseeing 100+ employees, over 4 million sq. ft. and a revenue of $4.6 million annually Provide leadership and direction to meet and exceed customer expectation and internal compliance Communicate information clearly in order to set correct expectations and understanding with the customer Proactively assess customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and determine root cause of customer complaints Developed training plans and programs designed to introduce new products, processes and next-level solutions across the portfolio, resulting in an average of 6 fewer complaints per month
