Daily Duties at City Of Rincon:
Oversee all finance operations, monthly presentations to city council. Prepare, execute and monitor yearly budget and biweekly payrolls. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for internal and external purposes. Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments. Monitor procurement card activity for accuracy and compliance. Reconciles and allocates bank balances to all departments. Process year-end closing ensuring all financials are in compliance.
