Daily Duties at Cubic Transportation Systems, Inc.:

(2014-2019) Program Manager for Cubic’s New York Tri-State Region. Specifically, responsible for managing the on-going MetroCard® projects for the NY Metro Transit Authority (MTA), New York City Transit (NYCT), Port Authority Trans Hudson (PATH) and other regional customers during the 5-year transition to New York's new fare payment system, OMNI. Specifc duties included: - primary contact/interface to customers - identify/ review customer needs - lead engineering evaluation of project technical requirements - develop scope of work and project documentation - lead price negotiations with customer - develop and maintain project schedule (MS Proj, P6) - coordinate with production to ensure 98% on-time product delivery - reporting of project status and financials - coordinate and oversee equipment installation and commissioning - support / manage other legacy customers as needed - promote LEAN and continuous improvement principles
