• As part of the Client Program Management Team, managed successful Infrastructure project delivery (initiation through closure) for CSC’s clients - Manulife Insurance, Zurich Insurance, Farmers Insurance & CSC Internal North America projects. • Planned, designed, and delivered complex IT projects such as Datacenter Migration, Database migration, EIX Host Cluster Setup, VMware & vCenter setup, AIX/WINTEL OS Servers Install, Storage Provisioning, Network (VLAN, IP, Port Setup), Security Patch Delivery and Compliance Programs in the client’s production environment. • Managed matrix resources, schedules, and financials while adhering to stage gate quality and control guidelines. • Provided leadership to project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities, and project milestones. • Managed virtual team of project managers and engineers and acted as a point of escalation for project delivery issues. • Expertly prepared & tracked detailed plans for all phases of the projects, and procured resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
