Senior Program Manager DMO IT – Publishing: KForce, Sr. Consultant Directed two programs consisting of 10 projects, with six direct reports and ~100 onshore / offshore HPE team members utilizing Waterfall methodology. Directed six TSA exit projects that involved software and hardware solutions while simultaneously managing four projects that were a combination of a TSA exit and give-and-go software solutions.
