Results of statistical analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to align resources, examine value capture, capabilities, performance, and best in class end-user results aided in development of roadmaps for IT Integration and Business Process solutions. These program and project roadmaps will consolidate / eliminate areas of synergy / replication, will provide estimated captured value in reducing contractual and data storage costs, improve productivity and efficiencies via re-engineered processes, and will provide cost savings for the organization in redundant systems and resource costs.
