Daily Duties at Xo Communications:
Directed the Network Operations Center and National Field Operations Teams consisting of 675 personnel, managing and maintaining the XO VoIP network of over 100k access lines and 2b minutes per month. I oversaw 10 IP core nodes in North America, four IP core nodes in Europe, one in Asia, 27 metro routers, and more than 100 switch node sites. I managed a department budget plan of 135m capital and a 98m operating budget.
