Daily Duties at Chrysler, Llc:
Production Area Operations Supervisor: Twinsburg, OH Stamping & Sterling Heights, MI: 1996 –2007 Site Supervisor: Toledo Assembly, OH, and Warren Ram Truck Assembly, MI: 2007 – 2008 • Provide direction to 32 – 78 UAW hourly employees implementing standard work operations and procedures in the following work centers: Stamping Press Lines, Sub-Assembly and Welding Lines, Chassis Lines, Engine Line, Final Assembly, Paint Shop, Trim and Weld Body Shop. • Administer production from the onset to the product on the assembly line (Kaizen Events and 5's initiatives. • Maintain computer programs for material ordering, material placement and plotting trailer flow Schedule meetings with engineering and plant management when applicable. • Responsible for completing spreadsheets to align schedulers for scheduling tire components at various producing, tire building and curing units to the finished product.
