• Defined and managed project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and constraints while focusing on the successful project delivery (initiation through closure) for software developed by Quark India. • Assigned, tracked, and followed-up on various project tasks while holding individuals accountable for commitments. • Organized and led project meetings and kept stakeholders updated by preparing progress reports. • Transitioned Quark software developement from Waterfall to Agile Scrum without impacting any of the ongoing projects. • Improved capacity and efficiency for project completion while proficiently leveraging resources and tools. • Reviewed, analyzed, and evaluated change management requests for a thorough understanding of project direction. • Previously served in the roles of Product Manager, Software Configuration Manager, and IT Systems Engineer.
