Daily Duties at Baya Tree Inc.:

• Responsible for the project management & client delivery for the companies health care products. • Manage product development in agile & waterfall environments depending on the product/project sizing. • Act as an agile coach for team members, management and key stakeholders & clarify expectations with regard to agile process and incremental product/project delivery. • Coach team members to assure ongoing development, engagement, and achievement of performance expectations. • Lead all stakeholders responsible for getting project scope delivered to clients on time, per defined quality and agreed-upon cost in order to achieve customer satisfaction. • Serve both as a Senior Project Manager and a Client Delivery Manager while managing multiple/simultaneous client initiatives and ensuring project timelines are met and all client issues are addressed. • Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the client to ensure customer needs are met through a more powerful product offering. Interact with sales, engineering, vendors, as well as other members of Technical Support, to ensure continuity between the departments.
