Daily Duties at Union Bank Of Colombo Plc – Sri Lanka :
Responsible for the overall Management of the Trade Services Department, which centrally handles Imports, Exports, Bank Guarantees and Correspondent Banking functions of the bank. Advising and solving problems/ issues in relation to all escalated trade related matters. Prior to the internal move, functioned as a Branch Manager in a strategically important Branch, from Jan 1999, successfully achieving set revenue and expansion targets in relation to deposit mobilization and lending portfolio, resulting in enhanced branch profitability.
