• Contributed majorly in achieving a healthy credit portfolio through conducting Risk-Based periodic audits of Bank’s entire Corporate Credit Portfolio. • Achieved goals through proactively identifying warning signs and making recommendations for improvement by way of periodic reports presented to the Senior Management, with summaries to the Board Audit Committee. • Prior to the promotion, handled the functions of AVP & Principal Auditor from May 2012, contributing towards maintaining a highly professional credit culture throughout the organization. Managed all aspects of the audit process, including the finalization of formal audit reports with recommendations for improvement. • Successfully achieved a Bank-wide robust credit portfolio, by providing assurance services covering the compliance to regulatory requirements of Central Bank of the UAE, IFRS and also the AML verification for eligible borrowers. • Prior to the internal move, the role of AVP & Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking from June 2008, helped ensuring enhanced profitability from a large Loans & Advances portfolio related to Trading and Manufacturing customer segment, while maintaining high quality in credit portfolio.
