Daily Duties at Ksi Incorporated:

• Accountable for approximate 25 PC’s, printers, 15 laptops, 1 server and UNIX network system. • Responsible for all set-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of PC’s, Laptops and printers. • Security, back –up and maintenance of Network. • Ordering supplies, answer phones for troubleshooting for cost centers in other cities. • Design management information systems consistent with information needs identified by department employees. Upgrade and expands current software system and customizes the appearance and ability of the system to better suit the agency and user. • Assuring that data is available in Point of Sale and Real world systems on a timely basis and report generation. • Train employees in the use of hardware and software using training manuals provided with the software and instruction and procedures developed by the company. Trains employees on a continuing basis as new programs are added. • Performs daily computer backup procedures; database troubleshooting. • Supervision of accounting and data entry staff; coordinator of interdepartmental operations to streamline project reporting, facilitate financial goals, ensure policy compliance • Directly reporting to upper management, delivering financial data relative to maximizing profits: cost-benefit analysis of material fees, computerized inventory, budgeting, cash & profit forecasts • Supervision of accounting staff; coordinator of interdepartmental operations to streamline project reporting, facilitate financial goals, ensure policy compliance • Directly reporting to President, delivering financial data relative to maximizing profits: cost-benefit analysis of material fees, inventory, budgeting, cash & profit forecasts
