Direct leadership and management of plant operations of 315,000 sq. Ft. facility and 1400+ unionized workforce towards achieving performance, timeline, and budget targets for individual customer accounts and business objectives. Responsible for sales first margin, cash generation, EBITDA, project delivery, SLA management, account management, and customer relations.
