Daily Duties at At&T Inc.:
Provided leadership and direction to strategic improvements and innovative change throughout the organization. Partnered with operations leadership and shared services to ensure goal attainment. Directed a virtual team of 8 implementation associates including development, evaluation, performance assessment, disciplinary procedures, talent acquisition, and terminations. Oversaw the process of moving payroll databases from one region to another region. Coached and developed 8 associates in performing at optimal levels. Managed the daily activities of the transfer team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of optimal service to clients. Led human resources management duties including staffing, human capital allocation, performance management, and employee relations. Created dashboards and metrics that influenced business decision-making. Published a transfer handbook for comprehensive services and aided in the smooth transition of transfers into business unit/region. Ensured milestones were met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources. Invited to act as a guest speaker with various groups.
