Worked with Project Engineers construction representatives, quality assurance personnel and local nationals, budgeting, oversee new building execution and renovations to include:mechanical, electrical and structural, negotiations of contracts, invoice approval, scheduling, reviewing design changes, materials approval, Request for information, request for change, serves as a contracting officer, prepare plans and specifications, prepare cost estimates, training, prepare action reviews, prepare pre-construction and post-construction meetings, conduct warranty inspections and claims
