Daily Duties at Us Army Corps Of Engineers:

Manage projects and personnel assigned to accomplish the districts mission to support the customer's needs. Worked with Project Engineers construction representatives, quality assurance personnel and local nationals, budgeting, oversee new building execution and renovations to include:mechanical, electrical and structural, negotiations of contracts, invoice approval, scheduling, reviewing design changes, materials approval, Request for information, request for change, serves as a contracting officer, prepare plans and specifications, prepare cost estimates, training, prepare action reviews, prepare pre-construction and post-construction meetings, conduct warranty inspections and claims
