Daily Duties at Autoneum:
•Responsible for the following product lines: F150 Carpet Floor Assembly (P702/P552), TPO Floor Assembly (P702/P552/P415), CX483 Gas/HEV Carpet Floor Assembly, Cx430 TPO floor Assembly, U553 Front, LWB and SWB Rear TPO floor Assembly. U502 Explorer Rear Cargo Carpet, D2JCI Volt Carpet Floor. •Train and oversee daily activities of 2 engineering technicians. Process parameter checks and daily troubleshooting of robotic cells. Maintenance support. •Responsible for all APQP documents as it relates to milestones and PPAP submission. Including process flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plan, standard work instructions, process parameter and part specification sheets (BOMs). •Responsible for Fanuc robot programming for press material handling, waterjet cutting and glue cell automatic systems. Over 150 programs written and debugged in Spartan building which contains 20 robots.
