In consecutive roles, supervised and strengthened pilot program for top regional sales associates, growing sales and new business alliances. Established 5-step approach for new employee orientation sales training; designed curriculum and materials for leadership and sales personnel. Restructured sales team; recruited and retained 12 high-performing sales employees that brought value to Quest, aligned with organizational culture, and were the best fit for exceeding sales goals in the healthcare industry. Coached new hires through the sales onboarding program, assigned mentors to new hires, and established a development plan. Provided account management of $1M to $3M.
