Daily Duties at Us Department Of Labor/ Alutiiq Commercial Enterprises:
• Provide excellent customer service with exceptional advertising and sales. • Responsible for developing the security systems integration business. Performs business development functions including lead generation, performs and/or assists with estimating and proposal writing. • Enforces a strict safety program that focuses on accident prevention. Monitors compliance with the company’s safety policies. • Experience in field management, contract management, project oversight responsibility, QA/QC surveillance and/or estimating on government or public works projects. • Solve recurring issues, documenting and promoting best current practices. • Implement features, providing technical expertise and training, and facilitating knowledge transfer to new clients. • Liaison between Developers, Business Analysts and clients, resolving business and technical challenges for successful transition to client led systems. • Successfully developed the Onboard Training Curriculum and created all the training exercises for all the Implementation Coordinators. • Created trade-specific guidelines for entering BOMs from Division DMTs, significantly increasing the quality of data being entered. • Providing support on how to use an enterprise Purchasing System and best practices in data setup, resulting in house cost reduction and communized plan analysis. • Collaborate with our sales representatives to drive the approach and deliverables for successful RCM implementations for our medical practice clients. • Monitor budget and related areas for contracts and maintains spending limits as applicable. Audit 20% of files each month. Track spending of each staff member monthly. • Ensure payroll is administered per the guidelines established by the Department of Labor and Corporate office. • Overseeing all staff members of the Tennessee and Mississippi contracts and displays management effectiveness. • Deliver timely coaching and conducts employee evaluations and set appropriate performance goals for staff. Provide timely staff coaching and development. • Ensure the Outreach and Admissions and Career Transition Services contracts are administered within the Department of Labor and Corporate guidelines. • Perform related data verification essential to consistent with records, accountability, and data integrity guidelines. • Responsible for data transfer from one document to another with emphasis on detail and error recognition. • Ensure contract is compliant with all safety standards and expectations to include proper workmen’s compensation reporting. • Ensure contract is in compliance with all of the Department of Labor, Corporate, and contract requirements.
