Daily Duties at Chp International, Inc:
Shared responsibility for key HR functions, including: Employee Relations, Succession Planning and Background Investigations. • Extensive experience in project management role for recruiting and human resource. • Responsible for direct and digital marketing and oversaw progress. • Established, tracked and improved recruitment metrics around senior level recruitment. • Managed and organized all hiring project from start-to-finish - Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding all new employees. • Trained employees how to follow company standards and procedures when creating reports. • Assembled and analyzed data for business reports, make sure data and calculations are accurate. • Managed and developed multiple campaigns for retention, engagements, new bringing and track progress. • Managed and organized recruitment efforts by increasing public awareness, website updates, open houses, job fairs, university contacts and other creative staffing strategies. • Created and maintained strong relationships with community employment agencies, resulting in status as preferred recruitment company. • Served as a consultant and liaison between the Recruiting staff and Quality Assurance unit. • Introduced & implanted strategic recruiting processes to staff. Maintained compliance with Department of Labor, Corporate, and Center policies. • Analyzed lifecycle management using statistics and dynamic data, marketing processes. • Provided all employee, HR and applicants with accurate information about the Job Corps program. Obtained pertinent data and documentation prescribed in PRH chapter 1 to assess, verify, and determine applicant’s eligibility and suitability for the program. • Manages documentation of all information involving applicant eligibility criteria and additional enrollment factors in applicant folders and OASIS. • Understood, implemented, and complied with Chapter 1 of the Policy Requirement Handbook (PRH).
