Daily Duties at Huawei Co.Ltd:
Coordinated trunk testing with phone vendors to troubleshoot possible problems. Installed, set up and repaired devices and system components. Answered normal and after-hours service calls. Monitored multiple databases to keep track of all company inventory. Network Routine Health Checks. Prepare and perform the network configuration, implement network Changes to solve the network issue or optimize the network. Reports specific to certain critical network entities that need special attention on a daily basis. Outage reports for all systems per incident and one full summary report per month with preventive action to avoid similar outage. Follow standard operation procedure, output the report quarterly. BSS ( Base Station System ) Integration (new & Expansion). BSC/RNC/BTS Software Upgrade.
