Daily Duties at Icef:
* Partner with teachers to collaborate on yearly program plans and goals, and provide frequent coaching to ensure the program is successful for the students, teachers, and school • Design necessary assessments to guide instruction, progress monitor, and reflect mastery of standards. • Monitor program efficiency with the lens creating a learning environment, curriculum and experiences that encourage and develop the student with a lens of standards and pride of accomplishment with student centered goals • Conduct teacher observations in TeachBoost and provide feedback and Cognitive Coaching towards established goals • Implement program across seven grades and 21 educators by closely monitoring and assessing progress, and ensuring the highest attention to detail in data/record keeping and communications • Design and facilitate Professional Development in all Literacy related matters including Classroom Management • Local educational agency (LEA) Coordinator: manage reading intervention for English Learners and Struggling Students; Administer ELPAC • Managed Guided Reading Library/Bookroom including ordering, organizing, training, and maintaining inventory • Technology used to track data, assess, and progress monitor: Promethean Board and table; iReady, Illuminate, FastBridge, Google, Acheive3000
