Responsible for all Operations in an internet-based sales DME company. Researched and implemented Google AdWords and created marketing campaigns to capture the interest of CPAP patients who needed resupply of disposables. Hired and trained inside sales team to contact and convert leads captured from AdWords into actual patients serviced and billed by Americare.
