Daily Duties at Elite Home Medical & Respiratory, Inc.:
Responsible for the customer service, clinical and billing departments of a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company to ensure efficient and proper operation. Hired, trained and supervised CPAP resupply sales team on all available products, billing procedures, and patient troubleshooting/education so they could effectively and efficiently perform.
