Improved the quality of Tropicana hot filled products via process capabilities and recommending proposed change(s) to address deficiencies • Identified and led innovation and technology projects such as separation technologies, pulp mixing, and corrugated low shear pasteurizers • Partnered with Corporate Engineering in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of aseptic pasteurization system in Bradenton & Ft. Pierce plants Plant Engineer • Identified operating cost efficiency opportunities: reduced ingredient, concentrate, and water waste • Daily Responsibilities: performed start-ups and shutdowns, oversaw maintenance of the systems, and troubleshooting. Ensured product quality and integrity of finished products were within the product and process specifications
