Daily Duties at Southeast Directional Drilling:
Oversaw all finance and accounting functions of the company while working simultaneously as an Operations Manager. Directed all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, expense reporting, accounts payable/accounts receivable, payroll, audits, cash management, and more. Supervised a team of 16 employees, including an Equipment Manager, AP Manager, Payroll Manager, HR Manager, Safety Director, Shop Foreman, PM Controller, and Project Managers.
