Daily Duties at Triad Manufacturing:
•Lead project from its inception to execution with SolidWorks 2019 •Complete 3D modeling edits or drawings changes for product line extensions or prototypes using SolidWorks, •Complete evaluations as outlined in protocols, product / process validations •Created sheet metal design from ¼” material to 18GA. Material. Including breaks, bends, & hole patterns. •Created detailed part drawings used for fabrication •Select material used, find source of materials by utilizing vender list, understanding the budget needs and planning the schedule of materials. •Help estimators with managing the needs of the customer and sticking with in requirements of customer. •Review all request for proposal from customer provided 3D CAD designs, and function. •Create manuals for documentation, detailed instructions, with drawings to help understand. •Update Library/ Create New Drawings, & Maintain Document Control with ERP Epicor 10 for fabrication, and construction.
