Daily Duties at Advanced Technology Services:
Site Managers are responsible for all aspects of a site operational contract. This includes but is not limited to, start-up hiring and implementation of ATS safety programs. Implementing a CMMS for the site, planning and scheduling activities, determine the need and condition of technician skills and training for the team. Also, P&L responsibilities, budgeting, customer satisfaction and maintenance of metrics, ATS corporate satisfaction and maintenance of corporate metrics, employee satisfaction and retention, and at least as importantly, the reactive, preventive, and reliability maintenance programs at the site.
