Daily Duties at Onekama Consolidated Schools:
Responsible for hiring and supervision of 30 faculty and staff Responsible for all discipline 400 Kg-12 grade students Experience at evaluation of 30 faculty and staff using 5D+ evaluation tool Director of Title I, At-Risk and Special Education programs Curriculum Leader Extensive experience with School Improvement Plan, including development of plan, reporting and submission of all SIP documents Experience and proficient with Consolidated Application process and submission Proficient at evaluation of test results and date to establish building and district goal, objectives and activities Close working relationship with Manistee Cooperative Business Office regarding payroll, State and Federal reporting and Grants Integral part of establishing yearly budget Professional Development implementation and presentation
