Daily Duties at Cost Plus World Market:
Managed facility maintenance for a 500,000 sq ft automated retail distribution center. Oversaw the maintenance of plant rolling stock equipment, 4 miles of conveyor, building and grounds. Supervised maintenance group of 7 technicians, 1 purchaser, and 3 associates. Responsible for project management of special projects, implementing preventive maintenance management system and reducing equipment downtime. Strong leadership, analytical skills and people skills resulted in promotion to Operations Manager.
