Daily Duties at Bmw Of North America:
General Manager for a Regional Distribution center covering 6 states and 117 dealers. Managed 7 managers and 85 associates and was responsible for 3PL performance and oversight. Created and implements new productivity tracking process that increased RDC output by 25% in the first year earning the RDC Silver Award and Global recognition. Worked with RDC management team to develop operational procedures and training that reduced error rate 200% in first 2 years. Governed contract oversight, established KPIs and bonus criteria for 3PL. Implemented quality management, including leading the BMW quality management and process improvement initiatives. P&L responsibility. SAP implementation team project leader for RDC integration and implementation. Lead the first SAP warehouse management transition for BMW distribution centers worldwide.
