Daily Duties at Bmw Of North America:

Business manager for BMW's Southern Region responsible for leading 29 person field team and developing a business strategy for 134 dealers covering 13 states. Under my leadership the Southern Region's team has lead all other regions is business growth for the past 3 years. Over the past 2 years working with the market teams and dealers, I have increased parts sales by $24 million, market penetration by 11% and retail hours growth by 3%. Regional leader in total parts sales 2017 and 2018. Increased Regional Service Customer Satisfaction Scores 2017 and 2018 and increased Net Promoter Score by 5 points. Developed Fixed Operations Balance Scorecard focusing on KPIs that resulted in a transformative change within the dealer network. Initiated action planning methods and field team strategy that resulted in field team effectiveness. Implemented dealer evaluation to identify dealer areas of opportunity that resulted in increased parts sales and improved customer experience. Developed multiple team members resulting in their promotion within BMW. Developed marketing plans using all forms of digital, direct marketing and dealer events to increase customer appointments and market penetration. Worked with National team to develop Regional marketing initiatives to grow fixed operations business including a holiday season popup shop.
