• Created procedure documents, SOPs, and standard change documents with flowcharts in Microsoft Word from scratch to bring the Data Center Operations department to an inspection-ready process management repository system to comply with ITIL and GxP requirements. • Managed projects, including schedules, approvals, and review processes, for delivery of intellectual collateral ahead of schedule. • Analyzed processes for risk assessment and process improvement. • Created flowcharts in Microsoft Visio illustrating process workflows.
