Daily Duties at Amedysis Hospice:

 Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients received hospice benefits.  Initiated community outreach programs and facilitated training for nursing home facility staff.  Identified and built relationships with physicians serving patients that may require hospice services, facilitated education sessions for staff and patients, and served as a resource to office staff  Provided engaged, supportive leadership to a team of ten team members including daily team performance meetings, continuous training, and in-field observations to provide meaningful coaching.
