Daily Duties at Sc State Port Authority :
Responsible for managing day-to-day physical security and access control at seven (7) major ocean Port Terminals, as well as investigating breaches, planning and ensuring the continuity of operations, & ensuring a working horizontal flow of policy & procedure updates to officers and command staff. Oversaw force protection training for 40+ security/police officers and 6 Sergeants, mission essential to maintain the safety of personnel and property, as well as compliance with federal facility regulatory requirements and procedures.
