Daily Duties at Webex Communications Inc:
Managed four offshore engineers to conduct research and development for Webex monitoring and content data analysis product. As a senior member of Webex core server platform team, I contributed the design, enhancement and maintenance main modules including meeting zone manager, Webex message system, Webex bridge system and Webex server platform installation tool package. Architected, designed and implemented webex monitoring tool and SDK and tools for both internal and external development teams. Conducted researching and prototyping of embedded linux project for Webex application, LDAP and Xen virtual machine for Webex technical engineering operation. Provided last line of technical support with excellent troubleshooting skills and experience for various production issues.
