Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:
Prospect and cold call potential customers to determine their needs and develop a sales process to deliver products and services to meet their goals. Meet with existing customer base to maintain a high level customer service as well as to re-profile for additional opportunities and seek additional referrals. Responsible for meeting with CEO’s and CFO’s to determine their company’s needs and present a plan for the company as well as their employees. Manage an investment book in excess of $65 million which I developed within a 4 year period. Maintain a corporate ranking status in the top 5 producers in Houston area for all 6 years. Top 3 advisors in the Houston market for bringing in new clients and assets to company over the past 4 years. Annual sales revenue in excess of 500,000.00 over the past 3 years. Oversee multiple locations which includes branch operations, review of P&L statements, and train and develop new hire employees. Mentor new hire advisors on policies and procedures and new sales tactics and products. Oversaw a staff of Brokers, Branch Managers and Bankers that covered Southeast Texas, Houston and Southwest Louisiana Markets at 17 different locations. Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the branches.
