Daily Duties at Latch Oil:
Managed the day to day operations of the business from the buying, selling and blending of new products sold throughout sales market. Responsible for the hiring, development of all sales, clerical, and remaining workforce and pay plans and bonus structures in accordance to job title and function. Developed the fluids business from the ground up from the design of the blending facility to overseeing the actual blending process, packaging, and logistics of fluids from bulk loads to custom packaging as per customer instructions. The fluids business then grew to become 85% of current revenue for business and I expanded the Blending Facility to include custom blended products per customer speciation’s. Implemented new CRM technology that allowed sales staff, clerical, and warehouse staff to communicate easily and allow for an increase in production and a reduction in costs and overhead. Move current sales force to a commission based system that increased sales force and sales production by 90% and continued to grow monthly during my tenure. Managed all local, regional and national marketing of products and current and future goals of growth of both product lines as well as sales staff.
