Daily Duties at Winstar Communications/Lucent Technologies:
• Developed and managed technical personnel to assure networks and services meet company designs and standards for wireline and wireless • Placed radios on the building that served end customers across the US. Address the technical aspect of the contracts and contract administration and negotiation • Developed, managed, and operated a Network Inter-operability Test Lab, a company call center, the operation center, with staff of 3 senior managers and 19 managers • Sells engineer selling hardware and software products, services and solutions to end users
