Responsible for Leading the redevelopment agenda of the Park Heights community dictated by the Baltimore City Park Heights Master Plan. The Plan outlined the human and physical changes needed to transform this once-vibrant community, given its education, workforce, housing, and health challenges. Executed strategies to reduce unemployment, the impact of behavioral disorders improve education outcomes and increase homeownership opportunities. Led the housing development process from planning and design, land acquisition, construction, and occupancy, including providing construction and permanent financing
