Daily Duties at Pacific Dental Services:
Responsible for management and operational oversight for 8 dental practices in Southern California with over $18 million in annual revenue. • Support teams to achieve revenue growth plans and to create financially viable and growing practices year over year. • Develop and maintain company systems, operational standards and best practices in the supported dental offices. • Leadership Development, Training and Recruiting of Operations Managers and supporting office teams. • Coach and mentor managers and staff to ensure they are providing the perfect patient experience to every patient • Coach and develop Dentists, Hygienist and Specialist in order ensure they can reach their full potential • Provide continuous support for Owner Dentists to enable them to provide the best clinical care to their patients and to support their long-term business plans for their practice(s) • Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews
