Provided expert leadership to 180 personnel, including airframe and powerplant (A&P) mechanics and avionics technicians in completing the aircraft’s scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and modifications. Liaised between the company, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), European Civilian Air Authority, and aircraft owners and operators in all related project management concerns. Proficiently administered more than $8M of the aircraft’s budget, while consistently ensuring the timely delivery of products, which included more than 5,000 work orders per 90-day aircraft visit.
