Daily Duties at I Psoft Inc.:

My primary roles and responsibilities include managing day today visitors in close co-ordination with front desk. I maintain the inventory for inhouse staff as well as visiting clients and dignitaries. Annually my team also organizes Annual Health Screening for all employees and I actively help schedule all appointments to the staff and ensure active participation. Other than that, I am involved in maintenance of Datacenter, Power Systems and fire drills for the facility.  Improved Employee participation in Health Care Screening by ensuring everyone signs up and to accommodate those who were unable to do so  Ensured Smooth running of datacenter to meet Service Level Objectives of 99.999% uptime  Validated Inventory and invoices to ensure good vendor relations as well as keep all items stocked for perishable and nonperishable items  Reduced wastage of perishable items by ensuring purchases had enough window to expiry mapping to consumption
