Daily Duties at Exceptional Children's Foundation Kayne Eras Center:
Assist with directing program growth and development based on financial success, positive clinical outcomes and client satisfaction with accountability for fiscal, operational and human resource management, and regulatory compliance. Participate in developing strategic plans, forecasts, project direction, efficient work flows and documentation systems. Established effective collaborative relationships with inter and intra agencies in the community. • Coordinate administrative and clinical program functions • Responsible for the billing department’s operations • Generate various productivity and financial reports; analyze data and report results • Troubleshoot program issues that arise as a result of the revolutionizing technology, health care regulations, and difficult economic strains
