Daily Duties at Pace Equity:

As the Managing Director for the Houston Region, Nelson was responsible for starting up operations in the Gulf Coast Region and creating awareness of the new financing facility available to commercial building owners. Business development activities included identifying and soliciting project opportunities through building owners and contractors to leverage PACE financing, maximize property values and reduce operating expenses.
