Daily Duties at Center Helps:
Work closely with the executive director to ensure the day to day operations of the organization are effectively carried out. Assisted the executive director with employee issues and concerns to include discipline and termination. Afforded integral leadership to the board of directors (7-10 members), executive director, and (25-30) employees. Served on the strategic planning committee to help guide the organization towards future goals and endeavors. Key member of the fundraising committee which has increased organizational funds. Represented the organization as a spokesperson during key meetings and community events. Represented the organization at high level meetings with community leaders and officials. Key leader in guiding the organization to a surplus in the 2018 fiscal year budget. (The first surplus in over five years).
