Daily Duties at Center County Tactical Response Team:

 Responded to and mitigated crisis situations that involved high-risk threats to individuals.  Initiated and reacted to high-risk warrants, in addition to responding to calls for armed individuals.  Operated in a role as a tactical operator who entered or contained areas to mitigate risks to citizens and officers.  Operated in a role as a police sniper to contain or mitigate imminent threats to lives.  Supported the planning of tactical operations and training.  Instrumental team member who provided security measures to the second largest stadium in the United States during more than 60 events.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
